Refund Policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you may cancel your plan within 7 days after purchasing your product/service.

To be eligible for a full refund, your service set-up should not have been started by the team or finished and implemented on your website/company’s directory. 

If the service is already started and a number of hours is put into building the services for you by our team, you may not be eligible for a full refund and only a partial refund based purely on boomingWebs assessment may be applied.

In an event whereby boomingWebs comes to conclusion that the refund would be unfair to the team who have worked on the project for hours, the refund will not be applied.

If the customer cancels their services before the service set-up and product-use is started, boomingWebs will refund the product item in full as per boomingWebs careful assessment (only if reported within 7 days of purchasing).

If your refund is accepted, we will notify you accordingly and a confirmation of refund will be sent to you upon request and should also appear in your accounts and the statement associated with your account and credit card which the payment was paid with in the first place.

Exceptions 

If your refund is not approved by boomingWebs due to the reasons mentioned above which could be reporting beyond the 7-day period or after heavy use of services and products sold to you, you will be notified and your request for refund will be rejected by our team.

Although we do our best to refund customers who have second thoughts about their subscriptions and payments for our services and products, we should also protect our staff and team members who work hard and put in many hours to provide best customer service and experience by speedy delivery of results and services. As a result, if boomingWebs comes to conclusion that the number of hours spent on the paid service/project by the client does not justify a full refund, a partial refund or no refund will be applied to the purchase as per the final assessment of the payment amount and worked hours.
